Sculptra is an injectable biostimulator that contains poly-L-lactic acid (a safe sugar polymer).
It is used to treat fine lines and wrinkles by stimulating your own collagen production for a more natural, youthful look.

How does it work?
It takes about 20-30 minutes to inject under the dermis through only 2 injection sites. Then over the course of 4-6 weeks you will notice subtle changes in the skin- texture and volume. At the 10 week mark, you return for your second treatment. For optimal results, two vials per treatment is recommended, 8-10 weeks apart for 3 sessions
Side Effects
May cause redness, swelling, and or bruising in the treatment area immediately after and may last a few hours to a couple of days.
Refrain from excess sunlight and UV exposure 24-48 hours or until after the redness and tenderness has resolved.
Post Care
Apply Ice to the treated area intermittently after treatment to minimize swelling and bruising.
Massage the treatment area in a circular motion for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days. (This will help an even distribution)

This is a series of 2-3 treatments
back to back 6-8 weeks apart.
1-2 vials of Sculptra may be recommended
per treatment depending on your level of volume loss.
