Filler have little down time, and the results are quite quick. It is also reversible if you decide you no longer want it.
It is recommended that you plan all cosmetic treatments 2 weeks before any major function or travel.
It takes about 2 weeks for the filler to settle and integrate with your tissues.
We will perform any minor touch ups at this time.
It is very important to be healthy around the time of injections. If you are ill, it is not a good time to get an elective procedure. If effects your body's healing response.
If you have any infections, open sores, or sun burns in the areas of injection, it will be recommended that you reschedule. Please message me in advance.
Avoid fish oil, aspirin, ibuprofen, Ginko Biloba, Vit A, Vit E, Garlic and any other essential fats for a minimum of 3 days. Taking these will increase your chances of bruising.
If you are taking any blood thinning medications, you must consult your PMD first.
We will always give you our recommended amount of filler to enhance or correct in order to achieve a desired outcome. Please keep in mind, that these are just estimates and could mean more or less.

Immediately after your procedure, you may have some swelling, redness at the injection site, or bruising.
You may apply cold packs to the area to decrease the swelling.
You may apply Arnica cream, or take Arnica tablets to help decrease bruising.
PLEASE NOTIFY ME IF YOU HAVE ABNORMAL BRUISING, SKIN MOTTLING, OR INCREASED PAIN ON MY CELL.
No strenuous work outs.
Avoid saunas and hot tubs.
Avoid extreme heat, no tanning beds.

Do not wear a mask for long periods of time, as moisture and warmth is a great breeding ground for bacteria.f you
Avoid blood thinning medications and alcohol to decrease your chance of bruising.
Your lips may look big and extreme. Do not panic. They will decrease by 50%
Swelling should gradually decrease, pain should be resolving.
Continue to monitor for abnormal colour, pain, in any area of the face.
